I never like to show up empty handed to a dinner or an event. A few months back, I sifted through my many blog reads and came across Nikki from Chef-In-Training. I was intrigued by her cake batter pudding cookie recipe and decided I must try it. The recipe was a huge success and everyone at the dinner loved the cookie. I cannot take credit and thus I reference her, but I must admit that I do make these on the regular now. Tonight I will be taking them to a BBQ/Pool party and am sure everyone will savor the cookies to the very last morsel!
