I’m the writer behind the blog, Little Moments of Happiness. People call me Elizabeth, Liz, Lizzie, you name it. Ironically, my parents did not name me Genevieve because they worried I would have too many nicknames; Elizabeth has more.

Born and raised in Miami, I seek to travel throughout the world to learn and take in the different cultures and how their lifestyle unfolded. I have traveled all over the world: some of my favorite places have been Peru, Israel, Portugal and the Czech Republic. One of my favorite things to do while traveling is trying the cuisine. One of the main components of this blog will be the joys of good company and great food.

There are so many of life’s simple pleasures that are constantly overlooked. One must take advantage of every waking moment and live life to the fullest. This blog is the journey of savoring the small moments, the little things, which ultimately weave back into the big picture.
