Top 5 Gifts for Food Bloggers (Aka Myself)

Food Blogger Gift Guide

Christmas is a week away {eeeeeep} and my mom asked me what I wanted for Christmas. Unfortunately, I have very expensive taste. I compiled a list of what I would love and naturally it falls right in place with interests of food bloggers. (I’m one, DUH!) If I could have only one thing, it would be the Canon EOS Rebel SL1. While I love taking a good food photo with my phone and load it up to Insta, I would love to expand my skill-set and be able to utilize a DSLR. Even better, this would be perfect for future getaway vacations!

If I could add a few more things, I’ve been itching for a Cuisinart Stand Mixer. I bake so much that this would be a nice addition to my humble kitchen.

Subscription boxes are all the rave and so my number 3 is Taste Trunk. It delivers a trunk of curated items according to your selected theme each month. You can choose from Gourmet, Sweet, Health, and BBQ and switch whenever yo’d like. The trunk includes 5 to 10 products, coupons and information on the companies whose items are in the trunk, as well as recipe ideas for using the products. HOW COOL IS THAT? This is definitely my kind of gift.

Another cool and handy item I’d love to have as I cook a lot with garlic is the Williams Sonoma Chef’n Garlic Zoom Chopper. This tool is part food processor, part toy car. You drop the cloves in and move the tool back and forth as the garlic dices quickly. This showcases a positive light for the phrase “don’t play with your food.”

Lastly, I would love an Esperos bag that I could carry my baking supplies in for friend baking sessions. The sale of each stylish canvas-and-leather bag sends a child in Haiti to school for a year. A gift that gives. This is the best kind of gift.

What’s on your list this Christmas??

It’s so fun and allows you to avoid the garlicky hand fiasco post cooking! I call it a win win 🙂
